We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia. Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation to your nominated email address. If you don’t receive this, please contact us contact@statusquoskin.com (please first check your Junk folder). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
