We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. We ship all orders from Brisbane, Australia. Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation to your nominated email address. If you don’t receive this, please contact us contact@statusquoskin.com (please first check your Junk folder). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, although we endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as soon as possible.
Delivery time will vary depending on your destination and the service provider. As per advice from Australia Post, delivery delays may be experienced due to COVID-19 disruptions. Please allow extra time for rural deliveries.
Returns
We are so confident that you will love your Status Quo skincare, that we are now offering a 30 Day Risk Free Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us via contact@statusquoskin.com within 30 days of receiving your products. We would love to resolve any issues or concerns you may be experiencing, but if that is not possible you are able to return the products you purchased and we will issue you with a full refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges or returns after 30 days of you receiving your products due to hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Faulty/Damaged Product

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot accept responsibility if an item is lost or stolen due to the incorrect address supplied.
